Peer-led Coding Initiative

OBJECTIVE

The objective of the Nu Minds Tutoring sessions was to introduce first-year students to the fundamentals of C programming, enhance their logical thinking abilities, and provide a practical, programming-focused learning experience.

EVENT OVERVIEW

The C programming classes under the Nu Minds Tutoring initiative commenced on 15th September 2025 with enthusiastic participation from around 100 first-year students on the opening day. The sessions continued until 19th September 2025, conducted online through Google Meet by Abirami and Sanjay from the HKN chapter.

The classes emphasized interactive and application-oriented learning, focusing on the fundamentals of C programming supported by real coding examples. Students were actively involved, asking questions, clarifying doubts, and engaging with the instructors throughout the sessions.
