ABOUT THE EVENT

As part of IEEE Education Week, the IEEE Power Electronics Society (PELS) Student Branch Chapter, in association with IEEE HKN – Eta Kappa Nu, hosted a guest lecture titled "Artificial Intelligence: The Next Wave of Growth" on 7th April 2025 at Alpha Hall, Sri Sairam Engineering College. Mr. Ramesh Maran delivered a thought-provoking session emphasizing AI as a catalyst for industrial innovation, human augmentation, and global digital transformation.

PROGRAM OUTCOMES

Expanded Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence: Participants gained insights into AI evolution, real-world applications, and future intelligent systems.
Inspiration for Future Careers: Students were motivated to explore AI, cloud computing, and data science careers, with emphasis on upskilling via Infosys Springboard, Python, ML frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch, and ethical AI development.
